Rehab Physiotherapy London

Physiotherapists are better known for their rehabilitation or rehab skills through the use of physiotherapy exercises and movement in order to build strength and support within the body to restore, improve and maintain a patient’s health. We may use rehab physio msk in the following ways:

  • Rehabilitation following an operation helping you to get back on your feet and your body stronger and supported
  • Rehabilitation following a sporting injury helping you to get back on track
  • Rehabilitation may also utilise aspects of the sport and fitness involved such as running assessments or rehab involving the action of throwing for a shoulder injury
  • Rehabilitation in conjunction with an existing condition such as a respiratory condition focusing on improving the breathing through improving respiratory function and movement of the upper back pain and rib cage
